Referral Pro LLC operates a referral rewards platform that connects customers with local service businesses. Businesses subscribe to run a referral program. Customers refer people to those businesses and earn cash rewards, paid to their own bank account, once the referred job is completed.

How it works

FOR CUSTOMERS

Create a free account in the Referral Pro app. It's free to join, free to refer, and free to cash out.

Find a participating business you trust and send a referral to someone who needs that service.

Your referral has to opt in before the business can contact them.

When the referred job is completed, your points are released.

Link your bank account and cash out.

FOR BUSINESSES

Choose a subscription plan and set up your referral program. Plans start at $20/month.

Add your Team members to get the referrals processed

Referrals appear in your dashboard for you to accept or decline.

When you accept a referral, your card is charged the reward amount and it's held.

When the referred job is finished, you confirm it and the reward is released to the customer.

How Payments Work

Referral Pro uses Stripe for all payments. Here is exactly how it works

Business subscriptions

Businesses subscribe through our web portal and are billed recurringly by card through Stripe.

Referral rewards

When a business accepts a referral, the reward amount is charged to the card on file and held. It is not yet available to the referring customer.

Customer accounts

Each customer who signs up is issued a Stripe connected account. Held rewards appear as pending against that account.

Release

When the business confirms that the referred job was completed, the reward becomes an available balance on the customer's connected account.

Cash out

Customers link their own bank account through Plaid for verification. Stripe then pays the available balance to that account by ACH, typically within 2 to 5 business days.

Your funds stay with Stripe

Referral Pro does not take custody of customer funds and does not process card payments on behalf of its connected accounts. Balances are held by Stripe on the customer's own connected account.
