New business accounts receive a 15-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your card is charged the plan rate shown at signup.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period at the then-current rate until cancelled. We email you before each renewal.
Cancel any time from Account Settings, or by emailing info@thereferralpro.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until that date. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
Subscription fees for periods already served are non-refundable.
If you were charged after cancelling, or charged in error, email info@thereferralpro.com within 30 days and we will refund the incorrect charge in full.
When a business accepts a referral, the reward amount is charged and held pending completion.
If the referral is withdrawn or the referred job is never completed, the held amount is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Once a business confirms completion, the reward is released to the referring customer and is final. Confirming completion authorizes release.
If you believe you confirmed a referral in error, email info@thereferralpro.com within 7 days and we will investigate.
Rewards show as pending until the business confirms completion.
Once available, you may cash out at 100 points ($10) or more to a linked bank account. ACH transfers typically settle in 2 to 5 business days. There is no maximum withdrawal amount.
Payouts to a correctly linked account are final once settled. A failed or returned payout returns to your available balance so you can retry with corrected details.
Referral Pro charges no fee to receive or withdraw rewards.
Payouts may be held pending identity or tax verification, as described in Section 7.4 of our Terms and Conditions.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it faster and directly.
Referrals found to be fraudulent, self-referred, duplicated, or otherwise in violation of our Terms are ineligible for rewards.
Where a reward has already been released on a fraudulent referral, we may reverse it and suspend the accounts involved.
