INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Referral Pro community.
Referral Pro LLC (“Referral Pro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a referral platform that connects individuals with businesses and enables businesses to refer customers to one another. Our success depends on a community built on trust, integrity, and mutual respect.
These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) establish the standards of conduct expected of all users—individuals and businesses alike—who participate in our platform. They supplement our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
By using the Referral Pro platform, you agree to follow these Guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform, as well as forfeiture of Points and pending payments.
OUR CORE PRINCIPLES
1. INTEGRITY — Be honest and transparent in all interactions.
2. RESPECT — Treat fellow users, referred customers, and Referral Pro staff with courtesy and professionalism.
3. QUALITY — Deliver value to customers and uphold the reputation of the Referral Pro community.
4. COMPLIANCE — Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
5. FAIRNESS — Earn rewards through legitimate referrals, not manipulation.
SECTION 1: ELIGIBILITY AND HONESTY
1.1 Accurate Information
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering and maintaining your account.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, business, qualifications, or credentials.
- Keep your profile information current and update it promptly if circumstances change.
1.2 One Account Per User
- Each individual or business may maintain only one (1) account.
- Creating multiple accounts to earn additional referrals, circumvent suspensions, or manipulate the system is strictly prohibited.
1.3 Eligibility Requirements

- Business Users must operate a legitimate, lawful business.
- Users must not be in a prohibited industry (see Section 5.2 of Terms and Conditions).

- If you are in a regulated profession, you are solely responsible for ensuring your participation is lawful.
- See the complete list of prohibited industries in our Terms and Conditions.
SECTION 2: REFERRAL INTEGRITY
